先日結果が発表されました「Kura Master 2022」にて、弊社の「七冠馬 特別純米」が純米酒部門の金賞を受賞しましたのでご報告いたします。

Kura Masterはフランスで行なわれるフランス人のための日本酒コンクールです。審査員はフランス人を中心としたヨーロッパの方々で、フランス国家が最高職人の資格を証明するMOF（Meilleur Ouvrier de France、国家最優秀職人章）の保有者をはじめ、フランスの一流ホテルのトップソムリエやバーマン、カービスト、またレストラン、ホテル、料理学校関係者など飲食業界のプロフェッショナルで構成しています。

「七冠馬 特別純米」は昨年のプラチナ賞に続き、2年連続の受賞となりました。地元奥出雲産の改良雄町と五百万石の２種類の酒米を使用し、それぞれの良さであるうま味とスッキリ感をバランスよく引き出した、簸上の特徴をよく表しているお酒です。

“Nanakanba Tokubetsu-Junmai” won the Gold Award in Junmaishu category in Kura Master 2022.

Kura Master is a sake competition for French people, held in France since 2017. The jury is made up of professionals from the food and beverage industry, including top sommeliers, barmen and curbists from France’s top hotels, as well as people from restaurants, hotels and culinary schools.

“Nanakanba Tokubetsu-junmai” won the award for the second year in a row, following last year’s Platinum Award. This sake uses two kinds of local sake rice, “Kairyo-omachi” and “Gohyakumangoku” in Okuizumo, and has both good characteristics, rich taste and crisp finish.
This is a happy news for us when the label was just recently renewed with the new design.
